The core value of the month of December was perseverance: demonstrating determination & resilience in the face of challenges, striving to overcome obstacles. From those who were nominated, the staff voted for Katelyn Carman as our Student of the Month.
"Based upon her 4 years of leadership and consistent work ethic, Senior Emersyn Nelson’s ability to remain a positive force as a volleyball and basketball student-athlete has earned her the recognition as Wethersfield High School Positive Student-Athlete for the month of December. Emersyn’s constant presence as a positive influence on her team and teammates earns her this recognition as she constantly strives to contribute and excel on the court, in the classroom and in the hallways of Wethersfield."
